Based on the same design as the legendary CA-309, the CA-339 is a class A triode mode, push-pull parallel mono blocks power amplifier with 300B output tubes. It features a modified circuitry that guarantees a more dynamic soundstage with deeper base tones. Only highest quality parts and components are used in critical applications and Hovland MusiCaps® are used in key circuit locations. The oversize custom wound power and output transformers are redesigned to handle twice the CA-339's 50 watt power rating, ensuring durability. An independent, choke filtered high voltage supplies is used for each channel. |
