Biasing of the Power Tubes

Bias voltage applied to the grids of the power tubes in the output stage should be checked from time to time to keep these tubes operating at the optimum operating point. A properly biased power tube will perform better and have a longer life.

Even though we provided the procedures, we suggest that these adjustments to be performed only by an authorized Canary Audio dealer or repair center as an incorrect bias setting can cause damages to the tube and to the amplifier.
